How it works
Three simple steps — with your choice of hardware.
Choose your light
Buy our plug-and-play Quick Start Light, use a compatible smart light you already own (WLED, LIFX, Tuya, Shelly, and more), or build your own with an ESP32 for under $25. Your call.
Connect and sync
Pair your light with the myofficestatus web app over WiFi. On the free plan, toggle your status manually. Upgrade to Pro and connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCal — your light updates automatically when meetings start and end.
Relax — your family gets the message
Place the light on your desk, door, or shelf. Red means you're in a meeting. Green means come on in. No explanations needed, no awkward interruptions.
